Quality is synonymous with Arvind Chemi Synthetics Pvt Ltd. We follow a well defined quality control system and adopt stringent quality control measures (ISO 9001:2015 Certified) starting from the procurement of raw material to the final dispatch of products. A QC check is carried out at every stage of production with a focus on every small detail; from the stitch detail for a long-lasting stitch to the indelible ink for better quality print; we take care of everything. Testing and inspection of material has to be approved at each step for it to reach the next.
The quality control process is backed by an advanced Research & Development cell along with a Quality Control lab that ensures strict adherence to quality. We conduct stringent quality screening at every stage – right from testing of granules to testing of the finished product before dispatch; thus ensuring superior quality.
The latest testing equipment guarantees products that match international standards of quality and reliability. Our comprehensive testing facilities comply with the Ministry of Defence, Indian Army, Indian Air Force, the Government’s: Directorate General Quality Assurance (DGQA) and Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals (DGS&D) standards, which include:
